CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once completed and placed, your order is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours!  Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order.  Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.  If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.  Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it!  We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) We offer FREE proofs for all of our items. If you would like a proof, please note this in the Additional Information Box when placing your order. Most proofs are emailed within 24 hours. Please NOTE: You must email back an approval before we send it to production.

Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order.  Check spelling, dates and names carefully.  NOTE: TPHANI’S DESIGNS reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect any of our carriers.   Thank you for understanding.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & RATES

All of the items on the Online Shopping Cart ships FREE if you order $35.00 or more. We use USPS and UPS for our shipping carrier.

TROUBLE UPLOADING YOUR PHOTO?


We accept images with the following extensions: .jpg and .gif (GIF images will not reproduce as well as other formats because of color compression.)
Files must be 20MB or smaller. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.
Please try to use the best-quality image possible. The recommended settings are 2000 pixels and 300 dpi . If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.
When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or more. When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.
Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may crop the image for size, to fit the product you order. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.

(We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of submitted photos at our discretion should they be licensed, copyrighted, or deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.)

DO YOU RENT OR SELL MY INFORMATION?

TPHANI’S DESIGNS is not in the business of selling your name, mailing address, phone number or e-mail address.

  • Yes!  Your logo can be produced on most of our items.NOTE:  Additional set-up fees & processing time may apply.
